Can I try the service before buying?

How can I request a free trial?

Just install our app on your device and send us a message to request a username and password.

If you are using the Hot Player app, you must send us IN WRITING the MAC address that appears when you open the application.

When does the free trial start?

The trial starts as soon as you receive the username and password or load the list into the application.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, you can log in to as many devices as you want, but remember that you can only watch content on 1 device simultaneously.

Do you have XXX content?

Yes, the content is protected in the app with the default PIN 0000.
If you prefer, we can disable it for your account.

Is it necessary to use a VPN?

Due to ISP blocks in certain countries, it is highly recommended to have a VPN available in case of blocks that prevent access to the service.

What if I have a local fiber provider?

In that case, your provider might not apply the blocks that the most known telecommunication companies do.

Do I have to buy a VPN?
